Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analista de Operações to join their Offshore team, focusing on futures operations. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of operational activities related to futures trades, reconciling processes, automating tasks, and communicating with international clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the reconciliation and correct input of operations in the internal system.
  • Automating and maintaining operational processes that track trade allocations.
  • Supporting daily reconciliation between internal and external systems.
  • Communicating with international teams and clients to resolve discrepancies and align information.
  • Participating in continuous improvements to operational processes in the area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
  • Advanced/fluent English (daily communication with international stakeholders).
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in working with operational routines linked to trades in the futures market and other derivatives, in the offshore segment.
  • Availability for a hybrid model (São Paulo).
  • Experience in middle or back office, preferably with derivatives and futures market.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Databricks.
  • Basic knowledge of programming or automation (e.g., Python).
  • Knowledge of FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) structures, Introducing Brokers, and reconciliation systems.
