Job Description
XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a GPM for its Digital Account Tribe. This role involves managing digital account channels and growth strategies. The GPM will focus on building new account types, optimizing the onboarding and activation funnel, and developing support tools. Collaboration with other tribes is essential to increase account usage and customer engagement.Responsibilities:
  • Mapping and analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Defining and coordinating the backlog for Digital Account PJ squads and advisory tools.
  • Collaborating with different areas of the company to align digital account needs and priorities.
  • Working closely with developers and designers to deliver effective solutions.
  • Building a strategic digital positioning for the PJ digital account, value proposition, and service model.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in digital product management.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products.
  • Proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership and influence to engage people and achieve results.
