Pure Storage is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Bangalore, India. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
The role involves:
- Scheduling interviews (phone, onsite, video)
- Meeting with candidates for onsite interviews and providing office tours
- Coordinating travel arrangements for non-local candidates
- Processing expense reports for candidate reimbursements
- Drafting offer letters
- Maintaining compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicating professionally with everyone involved in the recruiting process
- Coordinating events
Requirements for this role include:
- 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordination role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency using Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Goodtime (a plus)
- Upbeat personality with a team-oriented work style
- Attention to detail
- Customer-first mentality
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in an open office, team environment
- Based in Bangalore and willing to work in the office at least three times a week
