Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Services Engineer Representative to join their team in Bangalore. In this role, the individual will tackle diverse problems involving hardware, software, and environmental factors related to Pure Storage's product lines. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, perform implementation tasks such as software and hardware upgrades, and manage RMA dispatches.
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels.
- Proactively understand customer expectations.
- Provide concise and professional customer-facing communications.
- Share and document knowledge via FAQ/KB articles.
- Manage multiple projects/support cases simultaneously.
- Champion customer issues internally and represent the company externally.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing and/or technical support.
- Willingness to work a 7AM - 7PM (9 Hours Shift).
- Experience with customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- General technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and be an active team player.
- Desire to learn, grow, and seek continuous improvement.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical education (preferred, not required).
