Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Product Specialist in Singapore to bridge the gap between sales, customer success, and technical support. This role involves building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense and drive adoption. The Product Specialist will also partner with sales and product teams to determine future product developments.

Responsibilities:
  • Field support calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues locally and escalating when necessary.
  • Work with account management to provide training, customizations, and product consultations to users.
  • Assist sales in product pitches and demos, overcoming objections and communicating the value proposition.
  • Identify and package relevant content for distribution by sales and account management.
  • Gather feedback and identify product opportunities, relaying information across the organization.


Requirements:
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to develop rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Strong communication skills to engage at any level of an organization.
  • Energetic, creative, and curious with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Eager to learn technical knowledge on the job.
  • Ability to distill and explain complex issues simply.
  • Intrinsically motivated with strong time management and task prioritization skills.
