Director, GTM Business Capabilities - Quote to Order

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Director of GTM Business Capabilities - Quote to Order to join their GTM Business Capabilities team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs and is responsible for architecting and optimizing global Q2O processes, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy. The Director will collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Operations to map and refine workflows, partner with IT teams to embed automation and AI opportunities into systems, and manage structured rollout plans, training, and field adoption initiatives. They will also continuously monitor feedback and drive ongoing improvements.Responsibilities:

• Architecting and optimizing global Q2O processes, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy
• Collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Operations to map and refine workflows
• Partnering with IT teams to embed automation and AI opportunities into systems
• Managing structured rollout plans, training, and field adoption initiatives
• Continuously monitoring feedback and driving ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Business Process Ownership, or a related SaaS role
• Deep knowledge of quoting, pricing, and order orchestration systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ)
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable process and system requirements
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and modern documentation tools
• Collaborative skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT)
