Job Description
Zscaler is seeking a Director of GTM Business Capabilities - Solutions Consulting to join their GTM Business Capabilities team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs and focuses on redesigning and automating workflows to support Sales Engineering (SE) and Product Engineering (PE) activities. The ideal candidate will enhance efficiency by connecting Salesforce configurations, quote systems, provisioning workflows, and product requests.
Role involves:
- Redesigning or automating workflows supporting SE and PE activities
- Connecting Salesforce configurations, quote systems, provisioning workflows, and product requests to maximize efficiency
- Partnering with IT and GTM Systems teams to enhance profiles, validation logic, and automation capabilities
- Running UAT sessions and partnering with enablement teams to ensure successful global rollouts
- Embedding AI tools and automation strategies into workflows to enhance SE and PE productivity
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Business Process Design, or GTM Systems roles
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and Q2C workflows
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, IT, and Sales Ops
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucid, Scribe) and designing scalable workflows
- Passion for creating field-ready solutions to drive impactful technical engagements
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools like Glean for SE workflows (preferred)
- Experience building unified customer views using integrated systems (e.g., ZSCM and Customer 360) (preferred)
- Proven success optimizing technical teams’ productivity through system-driven approaches (preferred)
