Job Description
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Engagement, the Employee Engagement Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing employee engagement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will develop and drive strategic plans, translate high-level goals into actionable details, and ensure alignment between employee engagement initiatives and broader organizational objectives.

- Leading initiatives from concept to completed execution
- Must have 7–8 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or related roles.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
