Job Description
Catapult is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support its EMEA operations in Leeds, UK. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced company. This role involves managing customer invoicing and cash application with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless financial processes across the region.What this role involves:
  • Reviewing sales orders against contracts.
  • Processing customer invoices and credit memos through NetSuite.
  • Maintaining customer tax records through Avalara.
  • Processing daily cash receipts in NetSuite.
  • Preparing daily deposits.
  • Researching and processing customer claims of invoice payment, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
  • Responding to Accounts Receivable inquiries via phone and email.
  • Supporting the collections team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of delinquent accounts.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with NetSuite or another large ERP system is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
