Catapult is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support its EMEA operations in Leeds, UK. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced company. This role involves managing customer invoicing and cash application with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless financial processes across the region.
What this role involves: - Reviewing sales orders against contracts.
- Processing customer invoices and credit memos through NetSuite.
- Maintaining customer tax records through Avalara.
- Processing daily cash receipts in NetSuite.
- Preparing daily deposits.
- Researching and processing customer claims of invoice payment, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
- Responding to Accounts Receivable inquiries via phone and email.
- Supporting the collections team.
- Maintaining accurate records of delinquent accounts.
Requirements: - Some experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with NetSuite or another large ERP system is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
