Job Description
G-P is seeking a Support Specialist to support customers and professionals in India. This role involves handling day-to-day queries related to HR, IT, Finance, and benefits. The Support Specialist will be part of the Support Team and will be responsible for resolving issues within the in-scope verticals.

Role involves:
  • Supporting employee life cycle processes
  • Preparing global HR documentation
  • Organizing and maintaining employee records
  • Benefits administration
  • Serving as the first point of contact for professionals
  • Communicating with G-P partners/vendors
  • Coordinating with internal Centers of Excellence and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with payroll preparation
  • Carrying out audits and checks on data changes
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of HR processes

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of Global Shared Services experience
  • Experience in handling HR related Shared Services activities
  • Experience with HRMS tools like Peoplesoft/Workday/SAP
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Resourceful with problem-solving aptitude
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Experience in handling real-time Chatbot
  • Customer-oriented with ability to adapt to diverse customer base
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Literacy with MS Office
  • Knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA/APAC/US region
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Available to work in Dynamic shifts (With potential Weekend support model)
  • Ability to manage and meet expected SLAs and KPIs
