Job Description

Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking a Health Coach to join their expanding team in Manila. The Health Coach will support Australian patients, working with a team in Australia to provide 1:1 and group coaching, particularly in obesity management. The role involves directing patient queries, working in a multidisciplinary team, and surfacing patient insights to improve patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 and group coaching and advice (with a focus on obesity management)
  • Directing patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channel
  • Working in a cross functional and multidisciplinary team to triage, respond and escalate communications from patients to relevant teams to minimise patient safety risks
  • Surfacing patient insights to the wider business

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian (registered with NDAP: Nutritionist-Dietitians' Association of the Philippines)
  • 1-3 years of dietitian-led coaching services and completion of relevant ongoing CPD requirements.
  • Naturally empathetic, reliable, caring, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Extremely organised, independent and can work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident using technology and excited by fast-paced change and creative problem solving
  • Experience with behaviour change techniques aimed at helping patients achieve weight loss goals.
  • Obsessive about patient experience and thrive on understanding a patient’s problems and finding the best solution
