Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its clinical operations business unit in Japan. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to align cross-functional teams and drive results in a high-growth environment. The Head of Operations will build and scale systems, support decision-making, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of operational responsibilities across functions.
- Support business and operational decisions with data-driven insights.
- Ensure patients can access prescriptions safely and reliably.
- Facilitate collaboration between practitioners and internal teams.
- Coordinate strategic planning, goal setting, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a high-growth company or top-tier consulting/investment banking.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to execute strategies and lead from the front.
