Japan Operations Manager (Series C HealthTech)

Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their leadership team in Japan. This role will focus on steering clinical operations and requires strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. The Operations Manager will build and scale systems, support decision-making, and ensure operational excellence. They will report to the Head of Expansion - Japan and collaborate with various function leaders.Responsibilities include:

• Managing operations and strategic projects.
• Providing analytical and commercial support.
• Overseeing clinical operations.
• Facilitating practitioner collaboration and management.
• Coordinating strategic planning and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in a high-growth D2C company or top-tier consulting/investment banking.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.
