Eucalyptus is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join their leadership team in Japan. This role will focus on steering clinical operations and requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong execution, and seasoned leadership. The Operations Lead will be responsible for building and scaling systems, supporting data-driven decisions, and ensuring operational excellence.

Role Involves:
- Taking ownership of operational responsibilities across functions.
- Supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Ensuring patients can access prescriptions safely and reliably.
- Facilitating collaboration between practitioners and internal teams.
- Coordinating strategic planning and leadership development.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a high-growth D2C company or top-tier consulting/investment banking.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Financial and operational data literacy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.
