Eucalyptus is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to join their leadership team in Japan. This role will focus on the clinical operations business unit and requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong execution, and leadership skills. The Strategic Operations Lead will report to the Head of Expansion - Japan and will collaborate with function leaders across Growth, Product, Operations, and Business Operations.Eucalyptus is dedicated to improving global health, particularly in addressing obesity and related chronic diseases. The company's Juniper program combines medication with personalized nutrition and exercise plans, supported by a multidisciplinary care team. Eucalyptus has experienced rapid growth, serving millions of patients and expanding its reach to new markets.Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of operational responsibilities across functions.
• Support business and operational decisions with data-driven insights.
• Ensure patients can access prescriptions safely and reliably.
• Serve as an escalation point for remote practitioners.
• Coordinate strategic planning, goal setting, and leadership development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a high-growth company or top-tier consulting/investment banking.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to execute strategies effectively in a fast-paced environment.
