Business Intelligence Analyst

Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance its analytics capabilities. The analyst will play a crucial role in empowering self-serve insights across the company by creating a scalable and well-governed Tableau ecosystem. This involves reducing ad hoc work, increasing data trust, and enabling faster decision-making across teams.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Analytics Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to reorganize and enhance BI dashboards, define and report on core metrics, and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.

Responsibilities:

• Overhaul and manage BI dashboards
• Build source-of-truth reports
• Establish data governance
• Enable self-serve analytics
• Develop decision-grade insights
• Monitor usage and optimize
• Drive innovation

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a BI analyst
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with modern BI/reporting tools (Tableau and Metabase)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Based in the Philippines and willing to work hours aligned with Australian business hours
