Job Description
GHX is seeking a Delivery Manager III to drive the successful execution of customer account plans. This role focuses on increasing the utilization of Managed Services solutions and services across customer accounts. The Delivery Manager III leverages industry, product, and process expertise to deliver customer value through business insights and best practice sharing. They will work to improve customer satisfaction and ensure retention through targeted campaigns.

Role involves:
  • Creating and implementing account plans to increase utilization for Managed Services customers.
  • Partnering with internal teams and customers to document and achieve customer goals.
  • Monitoring quality metrics and implementing resolutions for any issues.
  • Educating team members on best practices and assisting in customer training.
  • Partnering with Service Delivery, Customer Support, and Product Management to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Representing the Voice of the Customer to the product team.
  • Managing projects and meetings effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Mentoring team members and other delivery managers.

Requirements:
  • Internet savvy and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent phone and onsite presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise and unique knowledge to contribute to project development.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities within client organizations.
  • Strong accountability and integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of Managed Services products and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Prior account management experience.
  • Ability to manage a large workload effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of healthcare supply chain experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with healthcare supply chain.
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with project management, customer success, training, and/or customer service.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Product knowledge of GHX products or relatable supply chain experience.
