Job Description
IONOS is seeking a working student (w/m/d) to join their Data Analytics team in Karlsruhe. IONOS is the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting services. Role Involves:
- Supporting the collection and documentation of business requirements.
- Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes, systems, and data to identify optimization potentials.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Conducting data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Contributing ideas for optimizing and further developing existing measures and reporting structures.
- Reporting, measures controlling, KPI & performance management within the operative areas.
- Conducting market analyses and competitive analyses to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Supporting test and quality assurance activities to ensure that developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
Requirements:
- Enrolled student in business administration, business informatics, management, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, critical questioning, commercial understanding, and the ability to provide practical solutions.
- Knowledge of data analysis and experience with Excel, Google Workspace, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Initial experience with business analysis methods and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management principles is an advantage.
- Good German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
