IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Junior Partner Business Manager for Channel Sales. This role involves collaborating with various teams and offers a perspective in a future-proof industry. The Junior Partner Business Manager will focus on acquiring new sales partners and developing existing ones within their sales area. They will recommend and promote IONOS Cloud products, being involved from the negotiation phase to successful deal closure. The position is available in Karlsruhe, Cologne, or Berlin.
Role Involves:
- Acquiring, onboarding, and developing sales partners (MSP, SI, Reseller) primarily through telesales.
- Developing joint growth, sales, and marketing plans with sales partners to drive continuous revenue growth.
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to maximize the partner ecosystem.
- Identifying and developing a promising pipeline of potential new IaaS projects through regular communication with sales partners.
- Independently monitoring success and forecasting performance.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, IT, or a comparable education.
- Comprehensive IT infrastructure and cloud know-how.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience with complex products or services.
- Solid knowledge and strong contacts in the German IT channel.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and structured work approach.
- Self-assured presentation skills and the ability to inspire others.
