Topsort is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their EMEA team in Barcelona, Spain. Topsort is a rapidly growing company focused on democratizing advertising technology and creating a privacy-first, cookie-free world of clean advertising. The BDR will be at the forefront of Topsort's growth, connecting with top retailers and marketplaces to spark new partnerships and fuel the sales pipeline.Role involves:
  • Driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Conducting initial outreach and qualifying leads.
  • Leading discovery meetings to understand client pain points.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and the marketing team.
  • Developing a strong understanding of Topsort’s products and industry trends.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and analyzing outreach performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and persistent mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Being located in one of Europe's capital cities.
