Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Software Development Engineer-II (AI) to join their engineering team. This role focuses on leveraging healthcare data to build AI algorithms that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history. The successful candidate will contribute to building agents for the platform, automating support engineering and data engineering areas, and defining the next generation of predictive analytics tools in healthcare.

Role involves:

  • Designing and leading the development of AI initiatives to improve patient health and wellness.
  • Working with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and build large-scale solutions.
  • Breaking down complex business problems into machine learning problems and designing solution workflows.
  • Collaborating with the data platform team to integrate agent capabilities or algorithms.
  • Building tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate and automate development cycles.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering with API development experience.
  • Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and experience in fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Systems (e.g., CrewAI/Langchain/Autogen) and Prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (e.g., ChromaDB, FAISS).
  • Experience in Reinforcement Learning (RL) for autonomous agents.
  • Working experience with Embedding models and RAG design.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python, building enterprise applications with optimization techniques and API integrations (Fast API/Django).
  • Experience with at least one ML platform (Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker).
  • Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud technologies, Snowflake, and some healthcare experience (Good to have).
