Bilingual Senior Software QA Engineer

Job Description

TTC, a global specialist software testing company, is seeking a Bilingual Senior Software QA Engineer to lead and deliver testing services. This role involves building and establishing the overall QA process, mentoring junior QA personnel, and managing relationships with business owners and IT teams. The Senior Software QA Engineer may also assist in general application support of production applications and systems.Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and understanding customer's testing needs
• Maintaining involvement in test execution, automation, and risk analysis
• Producing test artifacts like strategy, plan, cases, and metrics reports
• Building and supporting automated testing frameworks
• Delivering quality work and meeting project deadlines
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations
• Participating in project team meetings to offer insights and solutions

Requirements:

• Must speak French and English
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks using TOSCA
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed leader
• Experience working in Agile and traditional environments
• Experience in automated testing with tools like Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, Rational Robot, etc.
• Hands-on technical expertise in programming, development tools, and system protocols
• Hands-on experience with SAP (preferred)
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Familiarity with API testing (SOAP and/or REST)
• Experience in business requirements analysis and test case design
• Ability to document defects and track them to resolution
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance
