GlossGenius is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering efforts behind critical product areas such as booking, scheduling, and payments. This role is within the Core Experience Pillar, focusing on ensuring the foundational technical infrastructure and user experiences are robust, scalable, and innovative. The Engineering Manager will define technical priorities, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of senior and staff engineers.
• Collaborating with product managers and designers to define technical and product strategy.
• Prioritizing and planning key initiatives to achieve business results.
• Establishing effective engineering processes focused on quality.
• Collaborating with recruiting to build and retain a high-performing engineering team.

What GlossGenius is looking for:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a people manager.
• Proven ability to lead teams.
• Experience collaborating with product/program managers and designers.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
• Solid technical understanding.
• Experience in recruiting and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
