Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is offering a Support Operations Internship for the Fall. This 12-week pilot program is designed to provide students and early-career professionals with real-world, cross-functional experience in the iGaming industry. The intern will rotate through customer-facing departments, gaining exposure to key business functions.

Role Involves:
  • Rotating through Player Support, Risk & Payments, Responsible Gaming, and VIP Support departments.
  • Working closely with experienced mentors.
  • Contributing to impactful projects.
  • Developing skills for a career in the tech-driven iGaming industry.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn how different parts of a business work together.
  • Commitment to 20–30 hours per week in a hybrid setting.
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Comfort working independently and asking questions.
