Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is offering a Support Operations Internship for the Fall. This 12-week pilot program is designed to provide students and early-career professionals with real-world, cross-functional experience in the iGaming industry. The intern will rotate through customer-facing departments, gaining exposure to key business functions.
Role Involves:
- Rotating through Player Support, Risk & Payments, Responsible Gaming, and VIP Support departments.
- Working closely with experienced mentors.
- Contributing to impactful projects.
- Developing skills for a career in the tech-driven iGaming industry.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn how different parts of a business work together.
- Commitment to 20–30 hours per week in a hybrid setting.
