Job Description
Teads is seeking an Account Management Intern to support their team in Madrid. The intern will work on operational and strategic aspects of account management, ensuring delivery and performance for clients. This includes technical setup, monitoring, analysis, up-selling, and retention, all aimed at helping clients and Teads achieve their objectives. The ideal candidate will be positive, analytical, and communicative, using their problem-solving skills to identify and execute solutions for key accounts.
What this role involves:
  • Supporting the Account Management team by overseeing and managing customer accounts.
  • Using Excel to pull and analyze reports to deliver insights to the team and clients.
  • Developing an understanding of Teads programs and autonomously monitoring performance.
  • Supporting the AM team with the preparation of proposals, media plans, and account reviews.
  • Developing creative solutions for upselling clients.
  • Partnering with sales and Ad Operations teams to streamline processes.
  • Attending client meetings.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 years’ experience in digital sales, digital growth, or agency.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data using Excel.
  • An understanding of online media would be beneficial.
  • An interest in the ad tech industry and landscape.
  • Ability to proactively work with high-profile clients independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong interest in adtech and account management.
  • An obsession with detail, analytical disposition, proactive mindset, organizational skills, positive attitude, curiosity, and hunger to learn.
