Analyst - Banking Operation

Razorpay is seeking an Analyst to join their Banking Operations team in Bangalore. Razorpay is a leading financial services organization committed to providing innovative payment and business banking solutions to Indian businesses. The Analyst will be a key point of contact for terminal configuration requests and payment method activation for merchants. They will also manage cost queries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

• Act as a primary point of contact for terminal configuration requests and payment method activation.
• Understand banking partner policies to drive timely TID allocation.
• Own and execute end-to-end cost queries internally and with banking partners.
• Collaborate and execute activities independently.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
• Achieve TAT targets consistently.
• Understand and work towards team/organization objectives.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the banking domain.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in the payments industry is essential.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to negotiate with banks and maintain good relationships.
• Proven experience with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking with strong work ethics.
