Product Designer II

Job Description

Razorpay is seeking a Product Designer II to join their team in Bangalore. The company is a full-stack financial services organization committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India.

The Product Designer II will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of core money movement workflows in Business Banking. He will work closely with product, engineering, and analytics to craft seamless, scalable experiences. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end design delivery, from discovery to shipped experiences, and will bring clarity to complex financial systems, simplify workflows, and create thoughtful, elegant solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design of intuitive, user-centric solutions across the BB+ product suite.
• Translate intricate financial workflows into elegant, scalable UX.
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers.
• Design thoughtful interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes using Razorpay’s design system.
• Present your work with clarity and intent.
• Continuously test and refine your designs.
• Maintain a strong AI toolkit and know when and how to use it effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and interaction design.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred), and ability to prototype and test ideas.
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
• Comfort with behavioral analytics and a bias toward data-informed design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to thoughtfully integrate them into your workflow.
