Sr. Program Manager, Growth

Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive complex cross-team projects within the Growth areas. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and BI teams to facilitate planning, execution, and visibility for key projects, ensuring collaboration and mitigating delivery risks. The ideal candidate will foster Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.

What this role involves:
• Facilitating planning, execution, and visibility for key projects.
• Managing artifacts reflecting plans, progress, issues, and risks.
• Ensuring cross-team dependencies are identified and acted on.
• Fostering Agile best practices and methodologies.
• Supporting continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience with Agile Project Management and Scrum Master role.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Continuous Delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Jira.
• Experience working with multiple engineering teams.
• Ability to create and communicate delivery timelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt plans to changing requirements.
