Job Description
Ophelos is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team in London. Ophelos is on mission to change the way debt is dealt with, using an AI-native collections platform to help individuals clear their debts and provide businesses with improved customer experience. The company was acquired by Intrum in 2023 and is expanding into 17 European markets.
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for the onboarding process from a technical perspective, partnering with the Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Data teams. This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and guiding clients through the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of Ophelos' products.
The role involves:
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and conducting product demonstrations.
- Gathering technical requirements from clients and creating Statements of Work.
- Communicating client needs to the product management team.
- Troubleshooting challenges clients face during setup and providing technical guidance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Developing tools and resources to keep the Customer Success team technically proficient.
- Identifying future client needs and relaying insights to product teams.
Requirements:
- Technical implementation experience in managing SaaS implementations for enterprise clients.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to assess, prioritize, and resolve technical challenges.
- Experience in financial services or similar regulated industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of data flows, APIs, and documentation.
- Experience with client-facing roles and gap analysis.
- Skill in producing high-quality documentation.
