Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Growth Account Executive to sell SaaS products to Enterprise accounts. This role reports to a Regional Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities: - Focus on highlighting the unique value of PagerDuty's products and services.
- Develop strategic plans that anticipate and address customer needs.
- Negotiate positive business outcomes with existing customers.
- Manage and close complex, multi-product sales cycles.
- Conduct effective conversations with senior-level executives.
- Map out territory assignment and priority account targets.
- Utilize historical data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts.
- Create effective strategies and qualify opportunities within accounts.
Requirements: - 8-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in software/SaaS sales.
- 4-6 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts.
- Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+ companies.
- Experience selling in a multi-product environment.
- Effective time management, complex deal management, and analytical skills.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
