Manager, Growth (Online)

Job Description

Warby Parker is seeking a data-driven Manager, Growth (Online) to oversee and expand its SEM, display, retargeting, and SEO programs. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this role primarily focuses on optimizing and expanding the SEM program to drive customer acquisition online, offline, and across mobile apps. • Managing Warby Parker’s SEM program, from strategy to optimization and reporting.
• Managing campaign budgets and spend pacing.
• Assisting with performance forecasting and reporting.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and testing new technologies.
• Developing and implementing testing roadmaps.
• Managing external vendors and partnering with internal teams for SEO strategy.
• Developing a growth strategy for display and retargeting programs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing direct-response SEM accounts (DTC or ecommerce).
• Experience managing scaled SEM programs with annual spend >$20MM.
• Experience managing and optimizing product feeds within PMAX and Shopping campaigns.
• Expertise in Google and Bing Ads.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO best practices.
• Experience in managing and scaling display and retargeting programs.
