Warby Parker is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optician to join their team in Ardmore, PA. The Optician will play an integral role in helping people see by providing extraordinary customer service and expertise in the company's brand and glasses.Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Help customers choose the best frames and lenses.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales and customer service practices.
• Represent the brand and educate others about its values and mission.

Requirements:

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective, and professional communication skills.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
• Energetic, positive team player.
• Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Open-minded and eager to learn.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
