Warby Parker is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Optician to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The Optician will play an integral role in helping people see by providing extraordinary customer service and becoming an expert in the company's brand and glasses. They will partner with motivated, collaborative individuals and expand their skill set with career-advancing resources and benefits.Role involves:

• Working directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs
• Taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear
• Ensuring finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explaining prescription terminology and product offerings
• Collaborating with the team to improve sales and customer service practices
• Representing the brand and educating others about its values and mission

Requirements:

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states)
• Passionate about eyewear and retail
• Clear, effective communication skills
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Energetic, positive team player
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
• Open-minded and eager to learn
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
