Optometric Technician, Part-Time - Short Pump

Job Description

Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Optometric Technician in Richmond, VA, to work closely with Optometrists and provide excellent patient experiences. The Optometric Technician will manage a high volume of patients, complete pre-testing, assist with contact lens training, deliver video-assisted eye exams, collect data, and ensure smooth eye exam operations.

• Act as a liaison between doctor and patient
• Perform preliminary clinical data collection
• Support in-person and video-assisted eye exam appointments
• Support new contact lens wearers with insertion and removal training
• Manage patient flow and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and maintain organized exam rooms
