Optometric Technician, Part-Time - Union Square NY

Job Description

Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Optometric Technician to work in Union Square, New York. The Optometric Technician will work closely with Optometrists to provide patients with an excellent eye exam experience. This role involves managing a high volume of patients, completing pre-testing, assisting with contact lens training, delivering video-assisted eye exams, and collecting data.

• Acts as the primary liaison between doctor and patient
• Performs preliminary clinical data collection
• Supports with in-person and video-assisted eye exam appointments
• Supports new contact lens wearers through insertion and removal training
• Manages patient flow and maintains accurate records
• Prepares reports and ensures adherence to regulations
• Maintains organized exam rooms
• Supports the retail sales team
