Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Architect, Enterprise Applications to drive the technical architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial for aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with Lucid's business processes and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize and optimize the ServiceNow platform, contributing to coding, configuration, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Spearhead the integration of ServiceNow across different business units.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain high performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the platform’s capabilities.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical mentorship to the engineering teams.
  • Lead training initiatives to promote platform adoption and ensure high levels of user proficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and platform management.
  • Strong background in systems engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to oversee complex software implementations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry’s unique challenges.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
