Job Description
Copper is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data & Analytics Product Manager to join their team in London. In this role, the candidate will focus on ensuring data readiness for new product launches, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to identify and define critical data elements for accurate reporting, compliance, and performance tracking. The Product Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the right data is captured and structured from the outset, setting the foundation for reliable analytics and decision-making. Copper is a leading provider of institutional digital asset infrastructure, offering custody, collateral management, and prime services.Role involves:
  • Acting as the primary point of accountability for data availability, quality, and integrity.
  • Serving as a data quality gatekeeper during the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with various teams to gather data requirements for new product launches.
  • Translating business, risk, and compliance data requirements into structured, technical documentation.
  • Contributing to Copper's Data Governance strategy, process, and standards.
  • Partnering with Engineering to define data capture requirements and ensure technical teams understand reporting needs.
  • Working with Engineering and BI teams to improve data models supporting platform reporting.
  • Supporting enhancements to UI-based reporting.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience in data stewardship, data analysis, or business analysis.
  • Experience working on system integration projects.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in querying data and working with relational data models.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and process-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Knowledge of audit or compliance reporting standards.
