Job Description
Ditto is seeking an Account Development Representative to join its Go To Market organization. This role involves creating excitement about Ditto and generating pipeline for Sales Directors. The Account Development Representative will work alongside a passionate team and jumpstart their career in an exciting field.Ditto's peer-to-peer technology is trusted by major customers like Chick-fil-A and Delta Airlines, and they also work closely with the U.S. military on mission-critical connectivity solutions. As a fast-growing startup poised for a future IPO, their team is globally distributed, and their core values are trust, communication, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goals.
  • Nurture early phase engagement to produce future pipeline.
  • Consistently deliver a high level of activity, researching and engaging with prospects.
  • Track activity within HubSpot and Gong.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messaging.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto.
  • Meet minimum monthly goals for meetings generated and pipeline sourced.
  • Understand Ditto’s value proposition and have basic technical knowledge.
