Auctane is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing leads into sales-ready opportunities through high-volume phone and email engagements. This role involves establishing rapport with prospects, managing sales objections, and documenting all activities in Salesforce.
What this role involves: - Prospecting, qualifying, and developing leads
- Building rapport with prospects via phone, email, and live chat
- Managing and overcoming sales objections
- Transforming leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Researching target companies and accounts
- Documenting activities in Salesforce
- Capturing accurate prospect information
- Meeting or exceeding opportunity generation metrics
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for a startup environment
- Goal-oriented and self-starting with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to uncover business pain points and identify solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (a plus)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, shipping, or B2B SaaS
- Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
