Innovaccer is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth and foster customer partnerships within healthcare. The Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and lead contract negotiations. This role demands expertise in value-based care models and data-driven solutions.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing territory-level sales strategies.
  • Managing full-cycle sales, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Driving timely progression of complex sales cycles.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor on value-based care models.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales or business development experience in healthcare technology.
  • Expertise in value-based care, at-risk contracting, and population health.
  • Ability to hold persuasive conversations with C-level leaders.
  • Track record of achieving quotas and closing multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel (~50%) as needed.
