Job Description
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a HR Business Partner to support their leaders and employees both strategically and in day-to-day operations. This role involves a defined employee area, advising managers and employees throughout the HR life cycle, and supporting change processes and organizational development measures.
- Strategic and operational support of a defined employee area
- Advising managers and employees along the entire HR life cycle
- Supporting change processes and organizational development measures
- Coaching and development of managers in middle management
- Close cooperation with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and the works council
- Further development and optimization of HR processes
- Proactive HR support of Simtra's growth strategy
Requirements:
- Completed studies with a focus on HR or psychology
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in international and manufacturing companies
- Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law, ideally with collective bargaining
- Experience in the implementation of HR programs
- Strong business understanding, analytical thinking and solution-oriented action
- High social skills and consulting security
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
