Job Description
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a HR Business Partner to support their leaders and employees both strategically and in day-to-day operations. This role involves a defined employee area, advising managers and employees throughout the HR life cycle, and supporting change processes and organizational development measures.
  • Strategic and operational support of a defined employee area
  • Advising managers and employees along the entire HR life cycle
  • Supporting change processes and organizational development measures
  • Coaching and development of managers in middle management
  • Close cooperation with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and the works council
  • Further development and optimization of HR processes
  • Proactive HR support of Simtra's growth strategy
Requirements:
  • Completed studies with a focus on HR or psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in international and manufacturing companies
  • Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law, ideally with collective bargaining
  • Experience in the implementation of HR programs
  • Strong business understanding, analytical thinking and solution-oriented action
  • High social skills and consulting security
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
