Job Description
Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their team in Sydney. This role involves working with the Product Management team to support their roadmaps, developing new product features, collecting product data, conducting customer research, and coordinating with stakeholders. Role involves: - Supporting the Product Management team in delivering roadmaps.
- Working with the Product development team to build and support features.
- Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals.
- Analyzing data to understand user behavior and success metrics.
- Following competitors and the industry to contribute product ideas.
- Synthesizing customer research.
- Prioritizing features, epics, stories, and themes.
- Championing the backlog of customer requests.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve the product vision.
- Reporting bugs and errors to the development team.
Requirements: - Team player with rapport, credibility, and trust.
- Understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building great products.
- Knowledge of analytics, roadmapping, project management, and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of UX and UI best practices and engineering processes.
