Karbon is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their globally distributed team. The ideal candidate will balance speed and quality in their work, collaborate effectively within a team, and take ownership of their contributions. The engineer will optimize user experiences, study user-centric data, experiment with acquisition channels, and fine-tune conversion funnels.Responsibilities:
  • Balance speed and quality in software development.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience with C#, SQL Server, .Net (MVC, WCF, Web API, .Net Core a plus), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ember.
  • Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience in A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with customers on support issues.
  • Initiative and passion for web technologies.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of work.
  • Passion for user behavior and developing consumer-facing software.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, with a 3+ GPA, or equivalent experience.
