Karbon is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their globally distributed team. The ideal candidate will balance speed and quality in their work, collaborate effectively within a team, and take ownership of their contributions. Karbon is the global leader in practice management software for growth-minded accounting firms. Karbon provides an award-winning, highly collaborative cloud platform that streamlines work and communication.This role involves developing innovative products and ensuring the continuous operation of existing ones. The engineer will optimize user experiences, study user-centric data, experiment with acquisition channels, and fine-tune conversion funnels.
Responsibilities: - Balance speed and quality in software development.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience with C#, SQL Server, .Net (MVC, WCF, Web API, .Net Core a plus), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Ember.
- Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience in A/B testing and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with customers on support issues.
- Initiative and passion for web technologies.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of work.
- Passion for user behavior and developing consumer-facing software.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, with a 3+ GPA, or equivalent experience.
