Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Architect, Enterprise Applications to drive the technical architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial for aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with Lucid's business processes and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across various departments.
  • Leading the technical architecture, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customizing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform through coding, configuration, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Spearheading the integration of ServiceNow across different business units.
  • Developing and implementing governance frameworks to maintain high performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Assessing and enhancing the platform’s capabilities, staying current with technological advancements.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Providing technical mentorship to the engineering teams.
  • Leading training initiatives to promote platform adoption and user proficiency.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and platform management.
  • Strong background in systems engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to oversee complex software implementations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry’s unique challenges.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
