Job Description

Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee technical implementation projects, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of use cases. The Project Manager will work with customers to implement the ThousandEyes solution and drive customer onboarding to the platform.This role involves:

• Leading and planning IT project implementation from initiation to closure.
• Building strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Creating robust project plans and driving engagement successfully.
• Monitoring and tracking action items through to closure.
• Coordinating ThousandEyes project resources to drive performance.
• Contributing to continuous PMO process improvements.
• Acting as a key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project and contract close-out.

Requirements include:

• 2-3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Direct experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycle.
• Relevant Project Management certification (PRINCE2, CAPM, PMP etc.).
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with web technologies (REST APIs).
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies.
• Experience working with senior level customer collaborators.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
• Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. U.S. citizen).
