Job Description
Chainguard is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to assess prospect's technical requirements and apply knowledge of Chainguard products. The Sales Engineer will cultivate relationships with decision-makers and negotiate the competing needs of multiple stakeholders. They will secure technical wins using demos, RFP/RFI responses and participate in industry events.

What this role involves:
  • Partnering with the Sales Team to help customers evaluate the value of the solution.
  • Focusing on acquiring new customers and growing the existing customer base.
  • Owning all technical aspects of sales opportunities.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and POCs.
  • Participating in webinars, meetups, and conferences.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer / Presales Engineer.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and or Command of the Message sales frameworks.
  • Experience selling into Enterprise and Mid Market prospects.
  • Experience with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker).
  • Experience with Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).
  • Experience with Cloud security or containers security.
  • Experience selling in region (Netherlands Belgium Luxembourg)
