Dialpad is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their Manila team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through channel-generated leads. The Sales Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, focusing on helping small businesses address their communication challenges using Dialpad’s AI-powered solutions. They will also serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners, ensuring they can effectively communicate Dialpad’s value proposition to prospects.
The Manila Sales team is essential to Dialpad's revenue growth and customer acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales Managers to continually optimize the sales process.
What this role involves:
- Managing leads from marketing and channel partners, converting opportunities into sales, and achieving team revenue targets.
- Collaborating with Channel Partners, acting as the go-to resource, helping them qualify leads and close deals.
- Developing tailored talk tracks and proposals that align with customer pain points and Dialpad’s offerings.
- Partnering with marketing and channel teams to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Participating in weekly coaching sessions for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, selling SaaS, preferably in the communications space (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Relationship-building skills to engage channel partners and prospects effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
- High energy, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to establish rapport and gain situational awareness quickly in single-touch interactions with customers.
- Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
- Amenable to work on a HYBRID setup (2-3x a week onsite)
- Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions, and collaborative sessions.
- Excellent internet connectivity required.
