Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Health Plan & Distribution VP to expand national sales initiatives through innovative channel partnerships. The VP will play a critical role in scaling the growth of Garner's product by strengthening existing relationships, identifying new channel opportunities, and enhancing the nationwide partnership strategy. This includes cultivating new avenues for collaboration beyond traditional health plan channels to drive long-term business growth.
What this role involves: - Leading the development and execution of national channel partnership strategies.
- Identifying and establishing new partnership opportunities outside of traditional health plan relationships.
- Strengthening and managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborating with the health plan sales team to expand and diversify our channel partner network.
- Collaborating with Garner's employer sales leadership to create a compelling value proposition for sophisticated employers.
- Executing necessary actions to achieve and surpass annual membership goals.
What candidate should bring to the team: - 8+ years in sales leadership role with revenue responsibilities.
- Deep experience working with or within innovative channel partners.
- Existing relationships within the channel partner community across many different verticals.
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside.
