Job Description
Remote is seeking an International Operations Specialist to join their International Operations team. This role is crucial in managing the setup of EOR operations in new countries and ensuring the continuity of existing EOR entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, international operations, or global entities maintenance. A legal background is preferred, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

What this role involves:
  • Providing project management for setting up EOR operations in new countries.
  • Ensuring continuity of EOR entities operations.
  • Managing expansion projects and entity maintenance tasks.
  • Gathering and refining requirements for Customer and Employee facing forms.
  • Working with legal team to implement Employment Agreements.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and collaborating towards improved workflow.

Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, entity set-up, international operations roles or global entities maintenance.
  • Legal (corporate, employment) or paralegal background preferred.
  • Familiarity with contracts, KYC process, and legal document execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and asynchronous working skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
