PlayStation, a global entertainment leader, is seeking a Search Lead to join their team. This role involves collaborating with the Sr. Search Lead to manage the Search Center of Excellence (COE) for the entire PlayStation portfolio. The Search COE focuses on using search marketing to enhance engagement, drive purchases, and improve discovery for current and potential PlayStation customers. The Search Lead will work closely with an external media agency, providing guidance on global strategies, ensuring efficient local implementation, and enhancing subject matter expertise across global teams.

What this role involves:

• Managing the paid media agency relationship daily.
• Collaborating with internal teams to complete paid search tasks on schedule.
• Developing and maintaining search reporting with internal and external partners.
• Supervising and analyzing performance regularly, providing recommendations.
• Providing performance reports to stakeholders.
• Staying updated on search marketing trends and technologies.
